Peggy DeBell lives and works in the Spring Creek Community of Madison County, NC. Spring Creek is located about 30 miles NW of Asheville, NC and 10 miles west of Hot Springs, NC in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

She creates framed textile art by printing on fabric with an inkjet printer that uses pigments, which are archival, colorfast, and lightfast. The originals / prints are collages of her own photos, which after printing are quilted and embellished with both machine and hand embroidery.
